Do you enjoy working in an environment where things move fast and no week looks the same? Are you ready to take the next step in your HR career and combine hands-on work with strategic impact? Then we would like to meet you.
As an HR Business Partner at Keylane, you work closely with managers and teams to strengthen the organization and support business growth. You are both a trusted advisor and someone who gets things done.
Keylane operates in a stable market, but internally we are constantly evolving. We are growing, expanding internationally and actively involved in acquisitions. This means you step into an organization where there is energy, change and opportunity.
You translate business needs into practical HR solutions. You work on topics such as team development, performance, talent and leadership. At the same time, you contribute to larger HR projects and organizational changes.
You are comfortable switching between operational and strategic work. One moment you support a manager with a people challenge, the next you contribute to an international HR initiative or an integration after an acquisition.
You use data and insights to support your advice, but you also rely on common sense and a pragmatic approach. You are not afraid to challenge when needed, while staying approachable and solution oriented.
Also you will be involved in international topics, working with colleagues across countries. Experience in or affinity with IT and complex organizations will help you navigate the environment effectively.
